1. I represent and promise that I will not fall under any of the following anti-social forces at present or in the future.

(1) Organized crime group
(2) Gang member
(3) Associate member of organized crime group
(4) Company affiliated with organized crime group
(5) Raiders claiming to be social movements such as corporate racketeers
(6) Five years have passed since the end of gang group membership
(7) Violent gangs with special intelligence
(8) Others corresponding to the preceding items

2. I currently or in the future fall under any of the following categories of anti-social forces or persons who have close friendships with anti-social forces (hereinafter referred to as “anti-social forces, etc.”). We represent and warrant that we are not related.

We will not provide your personal information to third parties except in the following cases.
(1) A relationship in which the management is controlled by an anti-social force, etc.
